MISSION STATEMENT OF THE LAW FIRM
The JURIDICOM law firm was established in 1998 by Mag. Helmut Holzer and Mag. Wolfgang Kofler and has since grown steadily. In 2005 Mag. Klaus Mikosch joined the partnership. Since 2012 Dr. Peter Kasper has been a partner in the law firm.
The attorneys-at-law have all specialised in their specific fields and therefore are able to also handle complex and interdisciplinary legal cases in a competent and goal-oriented manner. Thanks to these professional structures the various demands of clients can be dealt with quickly and individually. Due to the fact that all the attorneys-at-law are specialists in various legal fields, each and every client can be sure that its interests are taken care of in a competent manner. Dr. Peter Kasper also represents clients worldwide in English speaking countries.
The main fields of activity of the JURIDICOM law firm are found in the realm of business law. This includes cases of general civil and corporate law, such as tort law and warranty issues, debt collection, contract management as well as matters related to family law and the law of inheritance. Further major areas of activity which have been developed over time are labour and public employment law, company and insolvency law as well as matters in relation to sports law. In addition, the law firm also regularly accepts mandates in the fields of criminal and disciplinary law.
The JURIDICOM law firm’s philosophy has been confirmed by a high number of demanding clients such as insurances, special interest groups, banks, regional administrative authorities, small and medium-sized companies, as well as individuals. The firm’s attorneys-at-law all pursue the common goal of offering their clients a centre of expertise for the solution of legal problems. The aim is to be able to offer each client ideal interdisciplinary legal counselling. Only with such a structure the modern legal advisor is able to successfully cope with the flood of laws. On the one hand the JURIDICOM law firm sees itself as a personal service provider and on the other hand as a partner for its clients who is clearly committed to strict confidentiality and to serving the exclusive interests of its clients in difficult and often trying circumstances.
